What is Test Roast?
In the process of creating roast profiles for our specialty coffees, we conduct several tests until we find the ideal roast profile. Sometimes, we also set aside batches that, for minor reasons, aren't exactly the profile we were looking for. But these coffees are very good, fresh and specialty.
Why do we sell them?
Because we believe in sustainability and making the most of every bean, which still has so much to offer. And because we know there are many people who value honest, well-roasted coffee at a more affordable price.
