Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the country, destination region, and order weight. During the checkout process, once the delivery address is entered, the corresponding amount will be calculated and displayed.
Shipping will be free in the following cases:
- Coffee category orders: Free shipping on purchases over €30.
- Other category orders: Free shipping on purchases over €75.
- Exception: Purchases of heavy machinery are subject to custom shipping costs due to their weight and size.

Order Processing and Shipping
To ensure maximum product freshness, coffee orders are roasted and shipped daily.
- Orders confirmed before 9:00 a.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Hola Coffee prioritizes the freshness and quality of the product over fast delivery. For this reason, during high-demand periods, order processing may be delayed by up to one additional business day.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, allowing them to check the status of the delivery at any time.
- Delivery Times
- Domestic shipments (Iberian Peninsula): 24 to 48 business hours from order dispatch.
- International shipments: 48 to 96 business hours, depending on the destination.
Hola Coffee is committed to processing shipments as quickly as possible; however, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- High demand during peak seasons.
- Force majeure circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, logistics problems with the courier company, or other issues outside of our control.
In case of a delay, the customer is encouraged to track their order using the tracking link provided and contact the carrier for further information.

Customs and Additional Charges for International Shipments
International shipping rates do not include potential tariffs, taxes, or other customs charges that may apply in the destination country.
These costs will be managed by the courier company and must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies in each country may affect the estimated delivery time, and Hola Coffee is not responsible for any delays caused by these processes.

Failed Deliveries and Customer Responsibility
Hola Coffee will not be held responsible or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Customer absence at the time of delivery.
- Inability of the courier company to contact the customer.
- Return of the package due to the recipient’s failure to respond.
If the order is returned to our facilities for any of these reasons, the customer may request a new shipment by paying the corresponding shipping fees.
