A 3-hour barista course to delve into the world of espresso, whether for home use or as a first step into the professional world of a barista.
We hold the course in Madrid, at our Training Classroom (Link on Maps). We place great importance on quality and personalized attention in our training, which is why the number of attendees is small.
IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL LEARN TO
- Adjust a grinder to obtain an ideal espresso extraction.
- Develop a consistent, clean, and professional technique when preparing an espresso.
- Steam milk properly, respecting the product.
- Basic latte art techniques.
- Equipment cleaning.
THE EQUIPMENT USED FOR THE COURSE IS
Espresso machine* La Marzocco Linea Classic and La Marzocco Linea Mini.
Espresso grinder Compak or Mahlkonig.
Professional barista tools: tamper, pitchers, cloths, scales, etc.
*If the attendee wants to take this course with a domestic espresso machine like Sage, they can ask the instructor without issue.

* Course prices reflect the following:
The quality of the training received, based on years of experience in the coffee and education sectors.
The preparation of the class.
The quality of the equipment and materials used, as well as consumables (specialty coffee, fresh milk, etc.).
Very small groups.
The continuous training of instructors through courses, conferences, forums, etc.
** Cancellation Policy:
When a spot in a course is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation, and we will begin preparing the class. Additionally, the number of available spots will be reduced by the amount you have purchased, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances caused by illness or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs incurred from preparing that class and from the spot not being available to another buyer.
Full refunds will be issued if the course is canceled at least 21 days before the scheduled date. Students may also be offered an alternative date if they prefer it over a refund.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 21 days and 48 hours before the scheduled date. No refund will be issued, nor will an alternative date be offered if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
In case of a confirmed attendance of only 1 participant, the company reserves the right not to hold the course and to offer a refund or an alternative date.
