To take this course, no prior knowledge is required, as we start from scratch to avoid mistakes and build a solid foundation from which to continue growing.

It's also ideal for those with limited knowledge who want to strengthen their skills or for those who have worked in the hospitality industry but haven't specialized in coffee. The quality of the training received, based on years of experience in the coffee and education sectors.
Class preparation.
The quality of equipment and materials used, as well as consumables.
Very small group sizes.
The continuous training of instructors through courses, conferences, forums, etc.
** Cancellation Policy:
When a place is purchased for a course, an email confirming the purchase will be sent, and we will begin preparing the class. Additionally, the available public slots will be reduced by the number you have booked, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances caused by illnesses or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs associated with preparing that class and the fact that the spot was not available for another buyer.
Full refunds will be issued if the course is canceled at least 21 days before the course date. Alternatively, students may be offered another available date if they prefer that over a refund.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled or changed between 21 days and 48 hours prior to the course, meaning a 50% discount voucher will be issued for a future course, but the purchase must be made again.
No refund will be given, and no alternative date will be offered if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
In the event of confirmed attendance of only 1 participant, the company reserves the right not to hold the course and to offer a refund or alternative date.
