A 3-hour barista course to explore the world of espresso, whether for home use or as a first-timer in the professional world of barista.
In this workshop you will learn to:
- Adjust a grinder to obtain an ideal espresso extraction.
- Develop a consistent, clean, and professional technique when preparing espresso.
- Steam milk in an appropriate manner, respecting the product.
- Basic latte-art techniques.
- Cleaning of equipment.
The equipment with which the course will be carried out is:
Espresso machine* La Marzocco Linea Classic and La Marzocco Linea Mini.
Compak or Mahlkonig espresso grinder.
Professional barista utensils: tampers, jugs, cloths, scales, etc.
*If the participant wants to take this course with a domestic espresso machine like Sage, they can ask the teacher without any problem.
You'll leave this course with a broad understanding of the world of coffee and barista skills, which will help you change the way you work with coffee at home and make your foray into the professional world.
We carried out the course in Madrid, in our Training Room (Link on Maps). We place great importance on quality and personalized attention in our training sessions, which is why the maximum number of participants is 4.

** Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a spot for a course, you will receive an email confirming your reservation, and we will begin preparing the class. However, the number of spots available to the public will be reduced by the same number you booked, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances due to illness or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs incurred in preparing that class and in the event that the spot was not available to another purchaser.

Money will be fully refunded if the course is canceled at least 21 days before the course begins. Students may also be offered another available date if they prefer a refund.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 21 days and 48 hours before the course. No refunds will be given, nor will a student be offered a rescheduled course if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
