Filter coffee is the gateway to a wide world of extraction methods; being one of the most consumed preparation methods in Europe. In this course, we will gradually understand how different methods work to extract coffee, among which we find:
(Percolation, immersion, pressure, and mixed method)

Who is it for?
For those who want to get started in the world of filter coffee and delve into basic extraction and preparation techniques.
What will you learn?
In this Filtered Coffee Workshop we will work with the different variables that can arise when preparing a method, as well as go through a brief introduction to specialty coffee.
The workshop will be divided into:
1. Introduction to specialty coffee
2. Types of roast
3. Extraction methods
4. Grinding and cellular analysis of the bean
5. Method Variables (Temperature, ratio, pours, and agitation)
In the classroom, we will be able to experiment with any of the following extraction methods (V60, Kalita, French Press)

The quality of the training received, based on years of experience in the coffee and education sectors.
Class preparation.
The quality of the equipment and materials used, as well as consumables (specialty coffee, fresh milk, etc.).
Very small groups.
The continuous training of teachers in courses, conferences, forums, etc.
** Cancellation Policy:
When a spot for a course is purchased, an email confirming the purchase will be received, and we will begin preparing the class. Additionally, available spots for the public will be reduced by the number you have booked, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs incurred from preparing that class and the spot not being available to another buyer.
Full refunds will be issued if the course is canceled at least 21 days before its scheduled date. Students may also be offered an alternative date if they prefer it over a refund.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 21 days and 48 hours before its scheduled date. No refunds or alternative dates will be offered if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
In the event of a confirmed attendance of only 1 participant, the company reserves the right not to hold the course and to offer a refund or an alternative date.
