Filter coffee is the gateway to a vast world of brewing methods; it's one of the most popular brewing methods in Europe. In this course, we'll gradually understand how different coffee brewing methods work, including:
(Percolation, immersion, pressure and mixed method)
In this filter coffee workshop, we'll explore the different variables that can arise when brewing a filter coffee, as well as a brief introduction to specialty coffee.
The workshop will be divided into:
1. Introduction to specialty coffee
2. Types of roasting
3. Extraction methods
4. Milling and cellular analysis of the grain
5. Method Variables (Temperature, ratio, pouring and agitation)
In the classroom we can experiment with any of the following extraction methods (V60, Kalita, French Press)
The course is held in Madrid, in our training room (link on Maps) . We place great importance on quality and personalized attention in our training, so the maximum number of participants is four.

** Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a spot for a course, you will receive an email confirming your reservation, and we will begin preparing the class. However, the number of spots available to the public will be reduced by the same number you booked, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances due to illness or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs incurred in preparing that class and in the event that the spot was not available to another purchaser.
- Money will be fully refunded if the course is canceled at least 21 days before the course begins. Students may also be offered another available date if they prefer a refund.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is canceled between 21 days and 48 hours before the course begins.
- No refunds will be given, nor will a student be offered a rescheduled course if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
