Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Service
1. Description of the Service
Monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you'll receive a curated selection of two premium coffees each month, carefully chosen by our team to offer you a unique experience each month.
2. Subscription Process

Registration and Initial Charge: You can subscribe to our service at any time during the month through our website. After completing your subscription, you will be charged the price for a 6-month subscription with a 10% discount . You will receive that month's coffee selection at your home, depending on your chosen option (Filter or Espresso).

Subsequent shipments: Each month, on the same date you subscribed (for example, the 10th), you will receive a new shipment with a new selection of coffees.
3. Deliveries

Shipping Frequency: All shipments are sent monthly. Your first box will be sent when you activate your subscription. See our shipping terms and conditions for more information on delivery times. Subsequent shipments will be sent once a month for 6 months until the next charge is made. Monthly shipments will resume once the charge for the next 6 months has been made. Hola Coffee reserves the right to pause shipments if there are payment issues beyond its control.
4. Cancellation and Pause of the Subscription

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer area on our website. The cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing date, you will receive the shipment corresponding to the purchased months and will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Pause: You can also pause your subscription at any time. During the pause period, no charges will be made or boxes will be shipped until you resume your subscription.
