Because we like it?
This coffee is complex and balanced, with an effervescent and creamy mouthfeel. It has a medium body and a long aftertaste. It has an elegant acidity from roasted pineapple, which gives it that bubbly but warm touch. The fruity and creamy sweetness of raspberry jam balances it, along with a very mild bitterness of cocoa nibs.
