How B2B orders work
The process is simple: add the products you want to your cart, enter the shipping address at checkout, and confirm your order. We will review it and, if everything is correct, send you a confirmation email. If your company has multiple branches, make sure to select the correct address for this order.
Minimum order and payment method
The minimum order is 6 kg. The payment method will be the one agreed upon with Hola Coffee, or if you prefer, you can pay by card.
Roasting and resting time
We roast daily and on demand so that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Depending on when you place your order, your coffee may already be roasted or pending roasting, so we recommend ordering with enough lead time for it to arrive and rest before being served.
Ideal resting times are:
- Espresso: minimum 15 days from roasting
- Filter: minimum 10 days from roasting
Once this optimal point is reached, the coffee remains in perfect condition for up to 10 weeks post-roast if stored correctly.

Order deadlines
Madrid city (within the M-30) We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays:
- Wednesday delivery → order by Monday at 2:00 PM
- Friday delivery → order by Wednesday at 2:00 PM
Rest of Spain and Community of Madrid We roast on demand, so orders may take up to 72 hours to arrive from confirmation. We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your stock.
