RECIPE
Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka pot until it reaches the safety valve. Don't exceed this level, or your coffee will be too watery.
Fill the Moka pot generously, without pressing down the coffee.
Place the Moka pot on the stove, and when you hear a gurgling sound, your coffee is ready. Remove it from the heat; this is important to prevent the coffee from taking on unwanted flavors.
