What you will receive with your subscription:
4 bags of 250 grams, with two different coffees each month. One for espresso, and the other for filter.
We select high-quality specialty coffees for your daily life, with zero complications. We try new flavors, varietals, regions and processes so that every month you receive something different at your door. We will send you the coffees that we like to drink.
We want you to enjoy the experience of trying new coffees without worrying about anything else: you receive them at home monthly, with no extra shipping costs, in the form you like best: filter, espresso or combo. You just have to stop and enjoy them.
Terms and Conditions of Subscription Service
1. Description of the Service
Monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you will receive a curated selection of two premium coffees each month, carefully chosen by our team to offer you a unique experience each month.
2. Subscription Process

Registration and Initial Charge: You can subscribe to our service at any time during the month through our website. After completing your subscription, you will be charged for the first time for the current month, and you will receive at home the selection of coffees for that month, according to the option you have chosen (Filter or Espresso).

Recurring Charges: Every month, on the same date you subscribed (for example, the 10th), you will be charged again. This charge covers the new selection of coffees you will receive in the next shipment, tailored to the option you selected.
3. Deliveries

Shipping Frequency: All shipments are made monthly. Your first box will be sent the moment you activate your subscription. Please see our shipping terms and conditions for more information on delivery times. Subsequent shipments will be made once the charge for the current month has been made: unless there is an issue with the payment beyond Hola Coffee's control, it will be on the same day every month.
Hola Coffee reserves the right to pause shipments if there are payment issues unrelated to the platform.
4. Cancellation and Pause of Subscription

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer area on our website. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the current month's billing date, you will receive the shipment for that month and will not be charged in the next cycle.

Pause: You can also pause your subscription at any time. During the pause period, no charges will be made and no boxes will be shipped until you resume your subscription.
