Los Papales is a family business whose origins date back three generations. Dedicated to the production and export of specialty coffee in Nicaragua, this family guarantees traceability and quality from planting to the export process.

The Jinotega region makes an important contribution to the national economy through coffee. The benevolence of its climate and the dedication of its producers have allowed the coffee of this area to reach the highest levels of quality in the world. It has even won national and international competitions for excellence in production.

Nicaragua is located in the heart of Central America, forming part of that narrow belt that unites the two parts of the American continent. Its economy is based mainly on agriculture, among which productions such as corn, beans, bananas, pineapples and coffee stand out.

The process of this coffee is natural: the beans are left to dry in the sun without having gone through a washing process.
