
To obtain the SCA Sensory Foundation certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association it is compulsory to have previously taken the article Course SCA Sensory Skills Foundation.
This exam is a complement to the course for those cuppers and baristas who want to have an internationally recognised qualification. The assessment is continuous during the course and will end with a good performance in the course.
If a good performance is achieved, a theoretical exam will be sent to the student's email address. SCA issues a diploma certifying knowledge and skills in the barista discipline at this initiation level.
