- Are you a home barista or amateur who knows all the tricks on the internet and wants to put them into practice in a professional environment, tutored by a trainer with more than 10 years in the sector?

This course selects and combines the most relevant content from the Specialty Coffee Association 's intermediate and professional courses, aiming to be truly useful for your professional development. For this reason, the course has a strong practical focus, although it does not cover the theoretical foundations.

- Identification of species, varieties and processes in coffee tasting.
- Tasting as a quality control measure.
- Advanced espresso: techniques and calibration based on the coffee used, extraction parameters, use of refractometer and recipe recording.
- Equipment assembly and maintenance.
- Advanced latte art. Milk chemistry.
- Workflow and efficiency at the bar.
- Batch-brew, filter coffee and water science.
- Specialized service and business management of a cafeteria.

** Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a place on a course, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin preparing the class. The number of places available to the public will be reduced by the same number as your reservation, and if the course is full, it will no longer be available for purchase. While we understand unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents, our refund policy will reflect the costs incurred in preparing the class and the fact that the place was not available to another buyer.

A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled at least 21 days before it begins. Alternatively, the student may be offered an alternative date if they prefer a refund.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the course is cancelled or changed between 21 days and 48 hours before it takes place; that is, a 50% discount voucher will be given for the next course, but the purchase must be made again.

No refund will be given, nor will another date be offered, if the student does not attend the course or cancels with less than 48 hours' notice.
