Hola Coffee was born, curiously enough, from a “hola”. From a chance meeting between two strangers: Pablo and Nolo, sometimes Nolo and Pablo. They said hello to each other for the first time in 2006 in a bar in the Raval and since then they haven’t stopped saying “adiós”. Goodbye to working for others. Goodbye to the fear of flying alone and opening a small roastery to experiment and make coffee to go (even) crazier. Goodbye to conformism. Goodbye to the vertigo of getting into debt to open a small coffee shop, and another, and a bakery. Goodbye to the easy life. Goodbye to lost youth. Hola Coffee.
