WHY WE LIKE IT
We love this coffee for its peculiar flavour that reminds us of ripe pineapple accompanied by a floral background. The combination of aromas and flavours in this coffee gives us a cup with a very pleasant acidity and a light body. Enjoy it with milk or on its own.

HISTORY
Coopelibertad was founded in 1961 and at that time the mill was located in Heredia, later a lot was acquired by the cooperative in the 70's with the intention of creating a mill with greater capacity than the existing one. The mill was created and the rest of the farm was selected for the planting of coffee and protection of the forest area.
Approximately 6 years ago, some lines of wild varieties were introduced, which are E531, ET 25, ET 57, Geisha and also a selection of SL-28 called in Costa Rica San Roque.
