We are pleased to introduce you to Kat Melheim, who will be leading a coffee tasting on May 18 in our Coffee Academy.
Kat is an American roaster, renowned for her coffee expertise and excellent communication skills. Through her media channels, she often showcases the behind-the-scenes of a roastery, as well as all the processes from green coffee at its source to its final commercialization.
She is also the founder/editor of Coffee People Zine.
Kat will be bringing coffees from Black & White Roasters to taste. We'll explore with her the differences between American and European roasting profiles, closely tied to the consumer preferences.
And frankly, we'll spend a good Saturday afternoon talking about coffee and tasting some delights.
This cupping event has a maximum capacity of 15 people.
The event will take place on May 18th, from 16:00 to 19:00.
