This Brazilian coffee is ideal for fans of beans with mild acidity, chocolate and caramel notes, as well as nuts (hazelnut, walnuts...). It is perfect for people who drink coffee with milk, as it pairs fantastically with a sweet result. It has flavour notes that remind us especially of baked apples, it is a dessert made coffee.

When you drink it on its own it has a very pleasant flavour, it is what we call a transition coffee, for people who are just starting out in the world of speciality coffee and want to go slowly, prioritising sweetness and low acidity.

This coffee belongs to the "Cerrado Mineiro Region", known worldwide for being the origin of high quality coffees and the first denomination of origin in Brazil. The average temperature is 20oC, in the state of Minas Gerais.

The cup profile is exceptional and far exceeds what we look for in a Brazilian coffee. It is not a conventional coffee, it stands out in most of its attributes and we can speak of complexity in both aroma and flavour.

This region is synonymous with excellence due to its temperate climate and fertile soils, and we cannot ignore the respect for the environment and the following of a programme of sustainable production processes that guarantees the correct use of natural resources.
